This professional Xperience program blends a micro-internship project with structured training to ensure maximum impact for you and your professional development. You'll work in a small team (max 4) consulting for an international organisation, helping them improve their User Experiences on a real product. On completion of the Xperienceship, you will know what it means to be a UX Designer trough learning and practising the core skills that this professional career use day by day.
Part 1 - Research
Research is the key to understand the users. In this module you will learn what it is User Researh and why this is a core step of the UXDesign process. You will learn the methodologies that User Research use to empathize the users problems, needs and goals.
Part 3 - Design
The Design module! In this exciting module you will learn the methodologies to go from early ideas to a final prototype to test with the users. This is the time to convert the chosen solutions into visual designs that help users to achieve their goals.
Part 2 - Define
Define before start designing. In this module you will learn what is necessary to Define before start designing your project and what methodologies you can use to do it.
Part 4 - Test
Test to validate if your solution works. In this module you will learn why and how to test your designs and see if they work. A design without validation with the users is not a solution, is just a design.

How long is the course?
This is a 26-day Xperience. Each week your project work will change, you can check out the project focuses on the "Your Schedule" section.
How many people are on the course?
Each course will have a maximum amount of 20 participants. During the sprints, you will work in teams of maximum 5 people.
What time/day are the live sessions?
Will I have to attend a physical work space to complete the program?
The program is designed to be delivered remotely, meaning you can complete the entire Xperience from the comfort of your own home.
Who is this program aimed at?
The program provides best value for current undergraduates and school levers interested in pursuing a career in engineering consultancy. It would also prove useful for anyone considering a career change to engineering.
Do I need to be studying engineering to enrol?
The program is designed to support the professional development of would be engineering consultants across a broad range of career stages. The content delivered is complementary to that taught at University but not dependent upon it. Whilst University focusses on theory, EC ProX focusses on industry application.
